Greetings. I am the great kitty of kitty kind. My name: Lucky. I rule with my beloved humans, and my devil-like brother, Cheeku. He is the devil in disguise, I tell you! DEVIL in DISGUISE!!! I have tried to be nice to him, but he doesn’t like that. That cat has MUCHOS GRANDOS problemos. My humans are always there for me, though, because whenever he attacks me, my people chase him away and give me healing cuddles. They are the best family a kitty could ask for. They give me everything I ever wanted: food, a nice place to live, and lots of love. I have gourmet meals everyday, and I live in a humungo palace. Not to mention, the love my humans give me is off the charts! They are definitely the best of the best.
One delightful, sunny morning, I was out in the neighborhood when I spotted another cat, and a peasant one at that. His fur was not brushed and glossy like mine, he was very skinny, meaning he had not had much food recently. Clearly he didn’t have a place to live. He whispered to me,
“ Who are you? Oh, my, you must be Lucky. You are very lucky indeed, for you have a home and a loving family….and food. I really need food.” Of course, part of being the ruler of my neighborhood is that I make sure all cats and other critters have a roof over their heads and plenty of food.
“My dear citizen of the neighborhood, I promise to find you a home! Tomorrow, I shall come back out and tell you where to go to find your new family.” I kindly told him. He thanked me and told me to meet him at this spot, and I agreed. I happily finished my patrol/morning walk, and headed home. Once there, I noticed my daddy on his phone, and his lap was available! I ran over and leaped into his warm lap, purring. He stroked me and let me watch him doing his stuff! I glanced onto his phone, where I saw he was on the neighborhood app, Next door, where people could post about things like lost pets and then others in the neighborhood would be able to see that post and keep a lookout. He was scrolling down, and I saw a post that would be just perfect to find that poor kitty’s family! It said,
Cat adoption
If you have seen a stray cat that could use a home, I would love to take him/her in! Please bring the kitty to this address: 34375, Pine avenue.
Yes! Perfect! Right here in my neighborhood, there was a woman who was willing to adopt any strays! Now, all I needed to do was figure out where 34375 Pine avenue was. Easy, Peasy!
The next morning, as I was let outside, I hurried to the location to meet the cat. He was waiting for me.
“Lucky, you came! I don’t mean to rush you or anything, but did you find a family for me?” He sounded so excited! I couldn’t wait to tell him my news.
“Hi, there, fair citizen! Yes, I did find a family willing to take you in! One problem, though: Their address is 34375 Pine Avenue, and I don’t know where that is!” Luckily, He knew just where it was! We dashed over there faster than lightning. When we arrived, it looked like a very nice house. Not as good as my Palace, but nice. He sat on the doorstep as I jumped up and tried to bump the doorbell. No luck. We ended up just scratching on the door. I hid in a bush as the door opened, and A kind looking old lady opened the door. When she saw the kitty by her door, she scooped him up and said,
“Oh, now, what do we have here? It looks like you might need a home! Well, little kitty, I think you found the perfect one! Let’s get you all clean and well fed!” She cooed. As she waddled back inside, the purring cat turned around and smiled at me, mouthing, “thank you”. I happily skipped back home.

nice i love it!
